CDL PayCheck is a free tool operated by M&Q Transportation Inc., Holt, Michigan ("we"). You do not need to create an account or submit any personal information to use the calculators or see your results.
Calculator data
While you answer, your numbers are saved on your device so you don't lose progress. When you finish the company driver or owner-operator calculator, your answers are stored on our servers under a random access code so your report can be shown after payment and reopened later. The answers are not linked to your name, email or card details. The quick hourly and offer comparison tools stay on your device only. To ask us to delete a saved report, contact us with its access code.
Analytics
We record anonymous usage events — page views, calculator starts and completions, shares, and application submissions — along with the campaign or referral code in the link you used. These events do not include your pay, name or contact details. Referral links contain only a random code.
Job applications
If you apply, we collect your name, phone, email, city, state, CDL status, experience, route preference, start availability and position of interest. We use this only to evaluate and contact you about employment. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, license numbers or medical records in this initial application. Marketing messages are sent only if you separately opt in.
Premium report purchases
If you buy the optional $2.99 Complete CDL Pay Report, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment for a random purchase code was completed; we do not receive your card number. Stripe tells us the payment for that access code was completed, which unlocks the report. We never receive your card number.
Security
Applications are stored in a secured database accessible only to authorized M&Q recruiting administrators. We hash network addresses to limit spam and abuse.
Retention
[Legal review needed] We keep application records for as long as needed for recruiting and to meet legal obligations. A specific retention period should be set before launch.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of personal information you submitted using the data request form or by calling 517-388-1779.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. Nothing is posted to social media unless you choose to share it yourself.
